We currently deliver only to select Pincodes within India.
All shipments are dispatched in 02 business days and are expected to be delivered in about 05 business days for Delhi NCR orders and in about 10 business days for the rest of India. In case of delay due to exceptional reasons, we will do our best to follow-up on your order, but we will not be liable for consequences arising due to delayed delivery.
We prefer orders to be prepaid through:
- PAYTM (to mobile number, UPI address or bank A/c+IFSC) OR,
- PAYMENT LINK (with options for Credit/ Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI, other wallets) from our Payment Gateway partner that offers PCI-DSS Compliance, 128 bit SSL, Fraud Protection.
Please note we are unable to accept Return, Exchange or Cancellation requests for now. Please do not accept delivery of your package if it appears physically damaged or tampered with. Only in case the customer receives product(s) in damaged condition, replacement OR refund will be considered if the damage is reported to us in writing with photographic evidence within 02 days from the date of receipt.
We will deduct the onward+return shipment cost and any other incurred costs, before refunding the remaining amount to the customer, if a prepaid shipment is undeliverable due to the below mentioned or other recipient-related causes:
- The recipient's address is incomplete/incorrect/cannot be located.
- The recipient fails or refuses to accept delivery of any undamaged shipment.
